Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Contact us before sending anything back — we'll confirm the return and provide instructions.

How to start a return
Email us at support@desknest.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we'll cover the return and send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items
Items returned after 14 days, or without original packaging, cannot be refunded.
